  • Typically 1-2 hours before event start

  • Yes, we do travel outside of LA and NY. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

  • All of the images will be delivered via a downloadable Dropbox Transfer link for you to download and archive on your end.

  • You can customize your overlay yourself or have use help with design for an additional fee.

    Customized Backdrops are possible for an additional fee and a lead time of about 1 week.

  • We require a non-refundable retainer at booking to secure your date. From there, our cancellation terms are based on how far out you cancel:

    • 30+ days before the event — no additional charge beyond the retainer

    • 15–29 days before — 50% of the remaining balance is owed

    • 7–14 days before — 75% of the remaining balance is owed

    • Less than 7 days — 100% of the contract value is owed

  • Yes!We offer one free reschedule with at least 14 days notice, subject to availability. Reschedules within 14 days are treated as cancellations.

  • For force majeure situations, we'll issue a credit toward a future booking valid for 12 months. We handle these on a case-by-case basis — just reach out as soon as you know.
